 CardCreator has been designed for use with any plastic card or page printer. CardCreator makes the most of a printers functionality, like managing the encoders, handling the special ribbons as necessary, smoothing color gradients, optimizing the download speed and controlling errors, based on printers response. Using DCL's (Direct command language), instead of using the Windows Printer Driver. CardCreator also supports card printing via Windows drivers. This is particularly suitable for when managing page printers like Inkjet or Laser printers. CardCreator divides cards along the page as possible and prints a page containing many cards. Printing via Windows Drivers is also suitable for plastic card specific printers in which there is no DCL available.
