TCP300 Thermochromic Re-writable Visual Card
System
The TCP300 is a thermochromic visual and magnetic card
reader/writer ideally suited for temporary ID, appointment and loyalty card
applications which require a card with a large display area with full graphics
capability than can be erased and rewritten.
The cards themselves are
available in two versions; a 0.20mm thick 'Ricoh' card with a silver/white
re-writable area or a 0.30mm thick 'Leuco' card which can have a re-writable
area of any colour with black or blue text. Both can be re-written up to 500
times at a resolution of 203dpi. The re-writable area on the front of the card
is 40mm x 58mm in size and on the rear of the card there is a hidden 3 track
ISO standard magnetic stripe.
The unit has a built in 230VAC mains PSU
and a high speed USB interface.
